Volume EM & Tomography Core Facility
The Volume Electron Microscopy (EM) and Tomography Core Facility is supported by the Academia Sinica Core Facility and Innovative Instrument Project. The facility primarily supports the development of cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET) and large-volume EM image reconstruction within Academia Sinica. It is equipped with a cryo dual-beam electron microscope and a full suite of instruments required for cryogenic sample preparation.
